Our shared challenge

We have a handful of years remaining to align our economic, governance and value systems with Earth’s life support systems. It is clear that business as usual is part of the problem. Delay is more dangerous than denial. We need leaders with the courage to make change, and to do it now.

Who we are

A world with a future call for systemic change beyond greenwashing and typical sustainability efforts. Syntropic Global unites an international team of thought leaders and practitioners dedicated to empowering organisations and people to navigate and to thrive amidst the mounting challenges of our times. We work with leaders unafraid of deep transformation, who are excited to build prosperity on the enduring foundations that safeguard life on Earth.

How we work

What we do

This work cannot be done using the same thinking and values that have created a world on fire. As a starting point, we invite participants on the Awakenings Journey to explore a wider story of the human family, our relationship with Earth and the roads that have led us to such deep crisis, a story that many of us do not encounter even within, or sometimes because of, the most prestigious traditional education. We then explore syntropic principles, essentially how to think systemically across Earth’s whole ecosystem, and design our human systems in a way that is compatible with Earth’s planetary boundaries.

How we do it

Our programmes can stand alone and be offered in different durations and formats, in person or on-line. They generate an understanding of the interconnectedness of our world, the systemic nature of the polycrisis and equip participants with applied tools to build regenerative organisations/systems as well to nurture self-development as a change maker and a practice of self-care. When taken as a whole the effect is exponential.
